"European Wine Summer 2023" in Brussels with the Four Motors for Europe

On 4 July, this year’s edition of the European Wine Summer at the Representation of the State of Baden-Württemberg in Brussels took place in cooperation with the partners from the Four Motors for Europe – Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Catalonia and Lombardy.

State Secretary Florian Hassler received, alongside his colleague State Secretary Dr. Patrick Rapp, Minister Meritxell Serret i Aleu from Catalonia (Foreign Affairs and European Union), State Secretary Raffaele Cattaneo from Lombardy (International and European Relations) and from Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Manuelle Dupuy, Deputy Director General for Environment, Europe and International Affairs.

During the official opening, the political representatives presented their region as a region of pleasure with culinary and touristic highlights and gave insights into their focal points of the Four Motors cooperation.

The 500 guests of the European Wine Summer also had the opportunity to visit stands of the partner regions and to learn more about the regions while tasting typical food and drinks.

With this joint appearance, the Four Motors once again set an accent and helped to make the network and its initiatives better known to a larger audience at the European stage.
