The main objective of the meeting was to discuss the initiative of the Catalan presidency for an event that would involve an exchange of experiences in the four territories on the vocational education and training (VET) fair models. The event, organized by the Public Agency for Vocational Training and Qualification of Catalonia, should be useful for mutual learning and reasoning on the actions within the field of career guidance that lead to vocational awakening.
The members of the working group had the opportunity to give their preliminary feedback and have agreed to get together again before the summer to finalize all the details of the event, that is foreseen to take place in autumn 2021, in the online format.
In addition, the members of the working group discussed also some other initiatives that could be dealt with in the framework of the Four Motors for Europe and that will be discussed in the upcoming meetings.
