From 18 to 21 June, the Catholic University of Lyon located in the heart of the Lyon metropolis organized, with the support of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, a staff week dedicated to the actors of higher education and research based on the "4 Motors for Europe".
For 55 years the State Representation of Baden-Württemberg in Berlin has been celebrating the traditional “Stallwächterparty” with about 1.500 guests from politics, economy and culture. Cultural highlights from the Four Motors for Europe contributed to the success of this year’s edition under the motto “Baden-Württemberg at the heart of Europe”.
The Four Motors for Europe have presented to the EU a joint paper in response to the public consultation launched by the European Commission on the topic “Gender equality in the EU”.
"Seeds & Chips - The Global Food Innovation Summit" is a global reference event in the field of innovation applied to the agri-food system that has seen the joint participation of Auvergne Rhone Alpes, Baden Wuerttemberg, Catalunya, and Lombardy. In the context of the Summit, the four regions were the protagonists of the conference "Four Motors for Europe: sharing best practices and policies", the first event promoted and organized by the Lombard presidency of the Four Motors for Europe, which took place on 7th of May 2019 at the Fiera Milano-Rho.
On April 11th 2019, the presidency of the Four Motors for Europe was handed over from Baden-Württemberg to Lombardy in a ceremony in Stuttgart.
